@ItalyinMumbai Took X to write to you as we weren't getting any response on the two emails which we sent on the 27th and 28th November 2023.

Me and my fiance had our Schengen tourist visa appointment on the 17th October 2023. Our travel commences from 17th December 2023.

We haven't received our visas yet. We tried visiting the consulate office in Mumbai but were denied entry. The contact number mentioned on the website doesn't work either.

At least let us know if we are on track to receive the visa before our travel date.
