@EmiratesSupport @SerenaNaimat Both are flights are canceled and no one is replying to my DM. The only option your customer care number says is to book business class which is 5x to 7x. I’ve never seen such poor customer service.

@tapairportugal @emirates Thank you @tapairportugal for your prompt response. Actually we have booked with emirates and I wish they were as prompt and customer centric as you. They cancelled both our flights, now other flights are full,the only way is to upgrade to business class which is 5x-8x the price

@EmiratesSupport Both our flights were cancelled randomly and now there are no other flights unless you spend 5 x upgrade to business class. Customer service has no authority, call waiting is 2hrs. Never faced so many issues while travelling.They don’t seem to care,won’t help.

@EmiratesSupport @emirates You have randomly cancelled both our flights and there is no assistance for rebooking the same. Worst customer experience. The helpline number has people who have no authority over helping the customer.
