Had a terrible experience with @delhivery today. Their partner branch at Mechowa, Srinagar first refused to deliver my package to my home, so I had to visit the branch myself. After paying, they still didn’t hand over the parcel kept saying it’s locked, wait a few minutes.

Just found out I’m not the only one, many people say this Mechowa Srinagar partner barely delivers, forces customers to pick up parcels, delays them on purpose, and then casually returns items to the seller. Clearly a pattern, not a mistake. Really disappointing.
