If you spend your days optimizing inference engines, profiling CUDA streams, or tuning memory footprints, this is the environment youโve been looking for.
At Quantum Tiger, we don't build generic wrappers around cloud endpoints. We build sovereign, bare-metal intelligence infrastructure designed to run inside restricted, air-gapped enterprise environments.
To scale the core runtime powering Corvus (our foundational intelligence and graph memory substrate) and HyperEdge, we are looking for an exceptional AI Systems & Inference Engineer.
The Engineering Challenge:
Standard public APIs break down in high-concurrency, air-gapped deployments.
When executing multi-hop graph queries and continuous retrieval, standard memory management leads to unbounded latency spikes and severe KV cache fragmentation.
We need someone who understands silicon performance from first principles: vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, custom PagedAttention kernels, and low-latency C++/Rust execution layers.
What We Offer:
We have zero patience for corporate bureaucracy, simulated projects, or slide-deck engineering.
You get direct context, hard architectural challenges, and complete ownership of code that deploys straight to production-grade sovereign systems.
Location: Kolkata (On-site / Hybrid)
How to Apply: Send your GitHub, portfolio, or a teardown of an inference pipeline you've profiled directly to [email protected] with the subject line:

Most internships teach you how to prepare for a job.
We believe the best internships should teach you how to build a company.
That is the idea behind the internship program we are building at #QuantumTiger.
We are building products in #AI infrastructure, operational intelligence, automation and applied AI. But while building technology, we also have an opportunity to build something far more valuable: people who know how to build technology.
That is why we have deliberately designed our internship program differently.
Our interns are not brought into the company to simulate work. They are brought into the environment where the work is actually happening.
They work alongside engineers and product teams. They see products evolve from ideas into architecture, from architecture into code and from code into something that can eventually be deployed in the real world.
They experience the uncertainty that comes with building something new. They ask questions. They challenge assumptions. They make mistakes. They fix them. They learn that engineering is not simply about writing code. It is about taking responsibility for what that code eventually becomes.
Today, our interns are getting exposure to products across the Quantum Tiger ecosystem including Viper, Atomics, General Balance, HyperEdge, MorningStreet and ApolloStar, all connected through #Corvus.
For students, this creates something a classroom cannot completely replicate: proximity to real product development.
For colleges, it creates a bridge between academic learning and the realities of building technology.
For us as a company, it creates something equally important. A talent pipeline built around curiosity, ownership and the ability to learn.
And perhaps this is why I believe our internship program can become one of the most meaningful technology internship experiences in the country.
Not because we give interns more work.
Because we give them more responsibility.
We are still early in this journey, but watching young engineers grow from asking โhow do I do this?โ to โwhy are we doing it this way?โ is incredibly rewarding.
That transition is where builders are born.
To the students looking for their first serious opportunity, and to colleges looking for industry partnerships that go beyond certificates and campus talks, Quantum Tiger is building something worth being part of.
We are looking for curious minds who want to build the future, not simply observe it.
The next generation of technology companies will need exceptional technology.
They will also need exceptional people to build it.
We intend to build both. Reach us at [email protected]
One of the things I am most proud of at Quantum Tiger is how seriously we take young talent.
We don't believe internships should be about certificates, presentations or hypothetical assignments. Give young engineers real problems, real technology and real ownership, and you will be surprised by what they can build.
That is exactly what we are trying to create at Quantum Tiger.
If you are a young engineer who wants to learn by building, challenge yourself and work on technology that matters, come build with us.
We are looking for builders, not spectators.
And as a founder, I can't wait to see what you build next.
One of the most rewarding parts of building @quantumtigerhq is watching young people discover what they are capable of.
I have always believed that you learn the most when you are trusted with something real. That is the thinking behind our internship program.
We don't want our interns to spend their time simply watching from the sidelines. We want them to sit with our engineers, ask questions, write code, work through problems, make mistakes, fix them and slowly start taking ownership.
And honestly, some of the most satisfying moments for me are when I see that change happen. A young engineer who initially asks, โHow do I do this?โ eventually starts asking, โWhy are we doing it this way?โ
That is when learning becomes confidence. And confidence becomes the foundation of a great engineer.
We are still building this program, but I genuinely believe it can become something special for students and colleges across India.
If you are a young engineer who is curious, willing to learn and wants to build something real, I would love for you to explore Quantum Tiger.
We are not looking for people who already know everything.
We are looking for people who are excited to learn, build and grow.
Somewhere out there, the next great engineer is still a student.
Maybe we will get the privilege of helping them take their first big step. Reach us at [email protected]
Every company talks about hiring interns. At #QuantumTiger, we talk about building the next generation of builders.
Our #Internship Program is designed very differently.
From day one, interns step into live product laboratories and work alongside our core engineering teams on technologies that are actually being built, tested and prepared for deployment.
There are no months of watching presentations. No hypothetical assignments designed just to keep interns busy.
Whether it is #Viper, #Atomics, #GeneralBalance, #HyperEdge, #MorningStreet or #ApolloStar, they become part of the #Corvus ecosystem and contribute to real products solving real problems.
They write production code. They work with real architectures. They challenge assumptions. They debug. They break things. They fix them. They participate in engineering discussions. They learn why a decision was made, not just how to implement it.
That is what makes our internship program different.
We don't measure an internship by certificates, attendance or how many presentations someone completed. We measure it by how much responsibility a young engineer can take by the time they leave us.
Our ambition is simple. If someone spends their formative months at Quantum Tiger, they should walk out not just with an internship certificate, but with the confidence and experience of having helped build technology that can eventually be depended upon.
We believe that is what an internship should be.
And honestly, nothing makes us prouder than watching young engineers arrive with potential and leave with the mindset of builders.
To every intern who has trusted Quantum Tiger with the early chapter of their career, thank you.
And to the young engineers reading this who don't want an internship where they simply observe, complete assignments and collect a certificate, we are looking for you.
If you want to build real technology, work with serious engineers, solve problems that don't come with answer keys and take ownership from day one, come build with us.
Quantum Tiger is hiring interns who want to become builders, not spectators.
This is only the beginning.
Something important is happening at Quantum Tiger.
#MediFlow, our sovereign #AI platform for autonomous clinical workflows, is now moving into clinical validation with a 250 bedded hospital, focusing on one of the most overlooked bottlenecks in inpatient healthcare: discharge.
A patient may be clinically ready to leave, yet the system around that patient can take hours to catch up. Doctors, nurses, medical records, billing & pharmacy all have a role to play, often across fragmented workflows.
MediFlow is being built to change that.
The clinical trial will help us validate what happens when AI is placed directly inside this workflow, working with the hospital rather than around it. The objective is simple: reduce administrative friction, improve clinical documentation and help hospitals recover valuable inpatient capacity.
For us, this is more than another product milestone. It is an opportunity to take sovereign clinical intelligence from architecture and software into a real hospital environment, with real workflows and measurable outcomes.
We have always believed that AI becomes truly valuable when it solves a problem that people feel every single day.
This is one of those problems.
And this is just the beginning for #Corvus in healthcare.
#ClinicalTrial: Quantum Tiger MediFlow by Corvus is being prepared for clinical validation with a 250 bedded hospital to address one of the most persistent operational bottlenecks in inpatient healthcare: discharge latency. The trial will evaluate how an AI enabled clinical workflow can reduce the time between a clinical discharge decision & completion of the discharge process while improving documentation quality, workflow continuity & utilisation of existing inpatient capacity.
#MediFlow operates as an intelligent clinical workflow layer across the inpatient lifecycle, bringing together relevant clinical information generated during a patient's stay & making it available within a unified discharge workflow. It is designed to work alongside existing hospital processes, reducing repetitive administrative effort for physicians, nurses, medical records, billing & pharmacy teams without requiring a fundamental change in clinical practice.
The platform uses multimodal clinical intelligence to transform naturally generated clinical information into structured, standardised documentation. It combines bedside data capture with longitudinal patient context & automated documentation workflows to reduce manual re-entry, improve consistency & support a more reliable transition from inpatient care to discharge.
MediFlow is also designed around the requirements of modern Indian healthcare infrastructure, with support for sovereign hospital data residency & edge or hybrid deployment. Its architecture is being developed with healthcare interoperability, #NABH-oriented documentation & the #ABDM ecosystem in consideration.
The clinical trial will establish real-world evidence across discharge turnaround, workflow adoption, documentation quality, operational efficiency & potential recovery of inpatient bed capacity. The product objective is not simply to digitise discharge paperwork, but to transform discharge into an intelligent clinical throughput workflow.
For hospital owners & directors, this addresses a measurable operational constraint using the infrastructure & clinical teams already present within the hospital. For investors, the trial provides an important real-world validation point for MediFlow & Quantum Tiger's broader proposition of applying sovereign clinical intelligence to high-friction healthcare workflows.

This report presents a practical policy architecture for West Bengal to move from the announcement of AI initiatives to the creation of a credible, institutionalised state AI capability. It examines West Bengalโs current position, benchmarks it against the approaches being adopted by other leading Indian states, and proposes a governance, regulatory, economic and implementation framework for 2026โ2029.
The proposed architecture combines economic development with strong public-interest safeguards. It recommends a high-level AI Taskforce, an operational AI Cell, departmental AI Risk Owners, independent assurance, risk-tiering of government AI systems, mandatory AI Impact Assessments for high-risk applications, a public State AI Registry, Bengali-first citizen services and explicit protections against algorithmic bias, inappropriate surveillance, privacy breaches and AI-enabled electoral disinformation.
Implementation is organised around a 100-day institutionalisation programme followed by a 36-month roadmap, moving from governance and legal foundations to pilots, statewide scale-up and institutional consolidation. Proposed 36-month targets include AI Risk Owners across all major departments, AI-enabled civic services in all 23 districts, โน2,000+ crore in new AI/data-centre investment, training of 25,000+ government employees, Bengali-language AI interfaces across 50+ government services and independent auditing of all high-risk systems before deployment.
The report itself deliberately excludes Quantum Tiger and Corvus from its policy evidence, recommendations and cited sources. This was intentional: the document is designed to stand on verifiable public evidence, including government documents, national frameworks and peer-state policies, rather than unpublished commercial material. However, Quantum Tiger did use Corvus as an internal AI research and analytical engine in the preparation of this report. Corvus therefore contributed to the research and analytical process, while neither Corvus nor Quantum Tiger is presented as a source of policy evidence or as part of the reportโs substantive recommendations.
The resulting framework is deliberately positioned not as a final policy, but as a working architecture for expert review, costing, legal vetting and public consultation. Its North Star is simple: every significant AI system used by the State should be visible, classified, testable, accountable, contestable and improvable.

A significant moment for Quantum Tiger & for our work at the intersection of medical science & intelligent technology.
We are delighted to congratulate Dr. Umesh Prasad, a valued member of our Medical Science Board, on his appointment as Joint Secretary of the National Medicos Organisation, Jamshedpur.
For us, this association has a deeper significance.
As Quantum Tiger continues to develop Quantum Corvus and explore how its intelligence capabilities can be harnessed for healthcare & other industries, the involvement of experienced clinicians is fundamental. Technology can process information at extraordinary scale, but its real value in healthcare comes from understanding what information matters, when it matters and how it can support timely action.
This is where Dr. Umesh Prasad's clinical experience and perspective become particularly valuable.
Our vision for Corvus is not to replace doctors or clinical judgement. It is to build intelligent solutions that can help hospitals transform information into actionable intelligence, improve coordination and support more timely and effective medical services.
India needs healthcare technology that can work at the scale and complexity of its hospitals. We believe that achieving this requires a close collaboration between medical professionals who understand healthcare from the inside and technologists building the intelligence infrastructure of tomorrow.
Dr. Umesh's continued association with Quantum Tiger strengthens that bridge.
We congratulate Dr. Umesh Prasad on this important responsibility and look forward to advancing our work together towards a future where intelligent technology can meaningfully strengthen healthcare delivery across India.
Quantum Tiger congratulates Dr. Umesh Prasad, a distinguished member of our Medical Science Board, on his appointment as Joint Secretary of the National Medicos Organisation, Jamshedpur Unit. We extend our sincere wishes to Dr. Prasad as he takes on this important responsibility & continues his contribution to the medical profession and society.
Dr. Prasad brings valuable clinical experience and a deep understanding of the realities of healthcare delivery. His association with #QuantumTiger reflects our strong belief that meaningful healthcare innovation must be shaped by medical science, clinical experience and a clear understanding of the needs of hospitals & patients.
At Quantum Tiger, we are developing solutions that seek to harness the power of #QuantumCorvus to help build a more intelligent healthcare infrastructure for India. Our focus is on enabling hospitals to make better use of the vast amount of information generated every day & to help convert that information into timely, relevant & actionable intelligence.
We believe that the greatest opportunity for technology in healthcare is not to replace medical professionals, but to strengthen their ability to make informed decisions, coordinate care & respond effectively when time matters. Through #Corvus and the solutions we are building around it, our objective is to support hospitals in improving the flow of information, identifying what matters when it matters & enabling more timely & effective medical services.
As Quantum Tiger continues to work towards solutions that can scale across hospitals & healthcare institutions in India, the guidance of experienced medical professionals such as Dr. Umesh Prasad remains invaluable. Their clinical perspective helps ensure that the technology we develop remains grounded in real healthcare needs and is designed for practical impact.
We once again congratulate Dr. Umesh Prasad on his new responsibility & look forward to continuing our journey with him as we work towards building intelligent technology that can contribute meaningfully to the future of healthcare in India.
Quantum Tiger
Discharge is often treated as an administrative endpoint. In reality, it is a complex operational workflow involving clinical documentation, approvals, billing, insurance or cash settlement & the final release of the patient.
The medical decision may have already been made, yet the patient can remain in the hospital for hours.
๐ฆ๐ถ๐ ๐ต๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด has become something many families have learned to accept. In some hospitals & situations, the wait can
This is not simply a patient experience issue. It is an operational issue for the hospital.
A bed remains occupied after the clinical decision has been made. Hospital staff continue handling repetitive documentation & coordination. Families remain uncertain about when they can actually leave. Every additional handoff creates another opportunity for delay.
Quantum Tiger Research Labs believes discharge deserves to be treated as a technology & workflow problem in its own right.
The Quantum Apollo Star discharge initiative is focused specifically on simplifying the discharge documentation workflow. The system is designed to capture a doctorโs instructions through voice, convert them into structured information, generate a draft discharge summary & route it through consultant review & approval before final digital generation & delivery.
The principle is deliberately straightforward. Technology should reduce administrative friction while keeping clinical authority & hospital governance exactly where they belong.
For hospital management, the relevance is measurable operational efficiency. For clinical & administrative teams, it is a reduction in repetitive documentation & manual coordination. For patients & families, it is a simpler transition from medically ready to actually going home.
This is not an attempt to redesign the hospital.
It is an attempt to remove unnecessary waiting from one of its most important workflows.
The initiative is being spearheaded within Quantum Apollo Star by our ๐จ๐บ๐ฒ๐๐ต ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐ฑ, & Manas Paul, COO and Co-Founder of Quantum Tiger. Together, they bring more than 55 years of experience with the Indian healthcare industry.
We are starting with discharge because it is a problem that is visible, recurring & operationally significant.
The objective is simple.
When a hospital decides that a patient can go home, the system should help make that happen efficiently.

It is still alpha. Most of what Corvus will eventually become exists today as questions, experiments, prototypes & a growing body of engineering work. That is exactly where we want it to be.
The premise is simple.
Detect โ Identify โ Track โ Correlate โ Prioritize โ Recommend
Modern warfare is generating more data, more sensors, more autonomous platforms and more decisions than humans can process manually. The advantage will increasingly belong to systems that can turn that complexity into intelligence at machine speed.
โ Corvus is our attempt to build that layer.
We are starting with UAVs & autonomous surveillance. The objective is not to build another drone. The objective is to build the intelligence that sits across drones, sensors & missions, understands what they are seeing, remembers what has happened before & continuously builds a picture of the battlespace.
โ A major part of our thinking is Graph Memory.
A battlefield is not a collection of disconnected images. It is a constantly changing network of objects, locations, movements, identities, relationships, patterns and events.
What was detected yesterday matters to what is detected today.
โ Where something moved matters.
โ What appeared together matters.
โ What changed matters.
Corvus is being designed around the idea that this memory should persist, evolve & become increasingly useful to the system. Surveillance should not begin from zero every time a sensor turns on.
โ We want machines to develop context.
From there, the ambition is to progressively automate the intelligence chain from observation & detection to identification, tracking, prioritisation & precision mission support, while keeping appropriate human authority over consequential decisions.
โ And this is ultimately about sovereignty.
India cannot build strategic autonomy by depending indefinitely on foreign intelligence architectures, foreign autonomy stacks and foreign mission systems.
โ The hardware matters.
โ The software matters more.
โ The intelligence layer matters most.
Corvus is an early attempt at building that layer indigenously.
Today it is alpha.
Tomorrow, we want it to operate across increasingly complex autonomous systems and eventually become a common intelligence architecture for a much broader class of sovereign defence platforms.
We are not announcing a finished system. We are building one.
And some of the most important defence technologies of the next decade will begin exactly here, with a small team, an ambitious architecture & a willingness to build what does not yet exist.

[Quantum Tiger BioSystems Lab] is developing a computational research system to investigate the relationship between dietary inputs, glucose regulation, protein metabolism & renal & hepatic responses. The objective is to construct a continuously expanding biological knowledge model that can connect published evidence, molecular pathways, physiological variables & emerging research hypotheses across otherwise disconnected datasets.
The current prototype uses #QuantumCorvus as the research intelligence layer & deploys multiple large language models for independent literature analysis, evidence extraction, hypothesis generation - cross-model validation. A controlled workload of approximately 8 to 12 million tokens per day is being targeted across the research pipeline, with individual research tasks ranging from 20,000 to 250,000 tokens depending on corpus size & analytical depth. The architecture is designed to process approximately 2,000 to 5,000 scientific documents per day while retaining source-level provenance for extracted claims & relationships.
The reference computational configuration for the prototype is a 32-core CPU server with 256 GB RAM, 2 x 48 GB GPU accelerators, 8 TB NVMe storage & a dedicated 10 Gbps network interface. Model inference can be distributed between local & API-based models, allowing the system to route workloads according to context length, reasoning requirements, cost - latency.
The research objective is not to generate medical recommendations. It is to identify statistically & biologically meaningful relationships that can be formulated as testable hypotheses. The system is being designed to move from literature retrieval to structured biological representation, relationship discovery, computational modelling & predictive hypothesis generation, with subsequent validation through qualified research partners.
The intended output is a reusable biological intelligence infrastructure that can produce structured research datasets, predictive models & proprietary computational methods. The longer-term objective is to establish whether this architecture can reduce the time required to move from a biological research question to a validated, commercially relevant research hypothesis.
