Pathetic service and punctuality by @airasia ! Firstly the 9:00 pm flight to pune got cancelled and rescheduled to 10:10 PM, on top of that, flight was delayed by 30 mins. Callous ground staff. This is the second time i am facing such a disaster from AirAsia. @JM_Scindia
