Guys every action has reaction. First Letter of Representation sent to ICAI today for first PIL & second is under way. Expect something more favorable.
I also got a call today (don't ask me bcoz I won't reveal). I said clearly, I m firm.
All the Best!

One group has pray like exam results variation in 2 attempts (significant disaparity between 2 cycles), few other issues related to last exam, articleship etc apart from common issue ie. 2 cycles exams, extension of ca final & ipcc old syllabus.

[CA Amit Jain @ajain_aca]

There are 2 groups of students. So 2 PILs this time according to my information. No one was ready 1 year back & after tht in Nov 20 we found with difficulties. This time students want to become petitioners so tht their right are protected. Obviously no one can touch petitioners.

My appeal to the President @JambusariaNihar
ICAI to postpone the June-July 21 exams & allowing further attempts for old course.

Why people suddenly started commenting against crowd funding? Each students who contributed even a single rupee from his pocket, contributed for humanity against all odds. Anything which is going to be pronounced, it is victory of him or her against all odds.

@ajain_aca @caanupam7 @theicai @JambusariaNihar @RajeshSharmaBJP @caamresh Most of the states are under lockdown till 15th , so keep the centre change window open till June 20th. Need some time to arrange for accommodation and travel which is possible only when lock down ends.
