Inspired by @FoodNetwork@JeffMauro Honey Bourbon Chicken Pops. We took our Brined Quail Knots and seasoned them with a Memphis-style dry rub. Grilled for about 10 minutes to cook all sides. We made a Honey Bourbon glaze that the knots were dipped in after they were fully cooked.
