🚨BREAKING: Marimar Martinez… the Chicago woman shot five times by a Border Patrol agent after federal agents rammed her car and one of them said, “Do something, bitch” before shooting her… is now fighting to release the evidence the government is blocking.
She survived being shot FIVE TIMES, federal prosecutors dropped all charges against her, and now she’s asking a judge to let the public see body-cam footage, communications, photos, and more…
Not just to defend her reputation, but to show Americans what really happened that day.
Her lawyers argue that the government’s narrative… still online and still calling her a “domestic terrorist” despite dropped charges… is false and harmful.
They also point to the recent deadly shootings of Renee Good and Alex Pretti in Minneapolis by ICE and Border Patrol agents, saying the public and elected leaders need transparency on how DHS uses deadly force against citizens.
Every time a DHS agent shoots someone, it’s the same script…
Blame the victim, claim agents were attacked, and their life was in danger.
And every time the evidence eventually shows DHS lied.
ICE/Border patrol agents should not be allowed to shoot people, and then blatantly lie to the public.
Releasing this evidence is the first real step toward transparency… and actual accountability.
🚨BREAKING: Last night former Intelligence Officer and 17-year Army veteran Captain, Josephine Guilbeau, was arrested for exercising her First Amendment right to peaceably assemble.
While protesting outside the hotel where Border Patrol agents were staying, she… along with dozens of others… were rounded up and arrested.
As she was being arrested, she shared a powerful message, saying…
“I worked for NSA, DIA, and the ODNI, and I’m under arrest for peacefully protesting and covering what’s going on here in Minnesota.
I came from Ohio because I wanted to see for myself that we are turning into 1930’s Germany. That’s what we are witnessing.
This isn’t the police that will protect the community. These are the police that are fighting the community to protect murderers that are in this hotel right now.
Remember what Benjamin Netanyahu came to the capital and Trump had police protect that war criminal.
It’s the same system.
They work for the same system.”
They are arresting a 17-year Army intelligence veteran, who is peacefully protesting the atrocities that are happening…
While the murderers are being protected from public scrutiny… all paid for by our taxes.
they dragged her away in chains and shipped her to Texas and only then checked, determined she was in fact here legally, and released her in Texas to figure out how to get back to Minnesota herself. and people wonder why her neighbors would protest!!!
🚨I need everyone to read the official DHS explanation for the Minneapolis shooting the other night…
Because DHS is now suggesting this was essentially an attempted MURDER of an ICE agent.
Yes. Murder.
By… and I cannot stress this enough… a snow shovel and several broom handles.
Which means we are no longer in the realm of law enforcement…
We are apparently in a Jackie Chan movie.
So, here’s what Kristi Noem says happened after a man was allegedly followed by agents for 30 minutes…. After he makes it to his own property.
Now, most people, when they successfully get home after being followed by law enforcement, would logically go inside.
But, according to DHS, instead of doing that, he decides now is the moment to grab a snow shovel and charge multiple masked, heavily armed agents.
Because when you’re fleeing heavily armed masked men, the natural next step is… improvised martial arts.
These agents are equipped with tasers, pepper spray, pepper guns, batons… the full law-enforcement bundle.
None of that gets used.
Instead, DHS claims the man reaches one single agent and starts beating him, while all the other armed agents stand around watching?
Then… incredible timing… two random men allegedly run out of nearby apartments armed with broom handles and join in beating the same agent.
At which point, the agent fears for his life and shoots the snow shovel man in the leg.
And that is when the man finally runs into his house.
So, just to recap:
• He outruns agents for 30 minutes
• Turns down the safety of his own home
• Initiates shovel martial arts
• Receives backup from Team Broom Sticks
• Gets shot
• And then outruns everyone again, with a bullet in his leg
And sure… if we’re watching a Jackie Chan movie, where snow shovels are legally equivalent to firearms and broom handles are classified as deadly weapons capable of overwhelming armed federal agents… then yes. Absolutely. This all makes perfect sense.
But here’s the problem.
The family tells a very different story… one that is, frankly, far more logical.
They say the man was running away from agents, trying to get into his house, and that, in an effort to stop him, agents shot him in the leg on his own property as he attempted to run inside.
No shovel combat.
No broom-handle Avengers.
Just a man trying to get into his home.
One of these stories sounds like an action comedy.
The other sounds like a use-of-force that demands a serious investigation.
And right now, DHS wants you to accept the Jackie Chan version.
🚨Last night, in Minneapolis, federal agents fired green chemical gas into a residential neighborhood after community members showed up to document what was happening on their own block.
Let’s be very clear about what that means…
This wasn’t a federal courthouse.
This wasn’t federal property.
This was people standing in the streets where they live… streets lined with houses, apartments, kids, babies, and pregnant people.
That green gas didn’t just hit people outside. It spread through the neighborhood, into yards and homes.
Agents also threw flash bangs at a family trying to leave because of the smoke, even though they had small children, including a 6-month-old who was later taken to the hospital by ambulance.
And, the green gas matters. This isn’t “normal” tear gas.
That same green smoke has been documented before… in Portland… where it was used by federal agents to “protect” federal buildings.
Independent testing found it contained hexachloroethane, which produces zinc chloride smoke when deployed. The U.S. military stopped using it decades ago because of how toxic it is.
Exposure to this gas is linked to burning skin and eyes, coughing, vomiting, chest pain, and serious respiratory injury, with the risk of delayed and long-term lung damage. This is especially dangerous for infants, children, pregnant people, and anyone with asthma or other respiratory conditions.
Now, federal agents are using it in neighborhoods.
And on top of that… ICE and other federal agents are not supposed to be doing crowd control in residential areas at all.
Their authority is limited to specific federal functions. Crowd control in city streets is not one of them. They do not have blanket jurisdiction to gas neighborhoods because people are in their own neighborhood streets.
So what we’re watching is federal agents:
• acting outside their role
• performing crowd control where they have no jurisdiction
• firing toxic green gas into civilian neighborhoods
• and exposing families inside their own homes to chemicals that cause real physical harm.
This isn’t public safety.
This isn’t lawful enforcement.
This is the federal government treating American neighborhoods like hostile territory… and using chemical weapons to do it.
That should alarm everyone, because there is nothing stopping this from happening in your neighborhood next.
🚨BREAKING: A new video out of Minneapolis shows the truth ICE doesn’t want you to see… compliance does not protect you.
In this video, ICE agents pull up to a vehicle and immediately demand the driver’s ID.
The man calmly asks the most basic, legally protected question: “Why am I being pulled over?”
They never answer… because they don’t have a legal reason to stop him.
Even so, the man begins to retrieve his ID anyway.
An agent then orders him to turn off the vehicle. The driver says, “No problem, sir, I’ll get out.”
The agent refuses, then immediately changes commands again: “I need to see your ID.”
Suddenly, an agent on the passenger side pounds on the window. Then he strikes it with a hard object, clearly threatening to break it.
At the same time, the driver-side agent again demands the ID.
This is not confusion. This is intentional command overload… a tactic used to manufacture “noncompliance” so force can be justified.
ICE’s own training materials explicitly state:
“Noncompliance or refusal to cooperate with officer commands, without fighting back, does NOT violate 18 U.S.C. § 111.”
In plain English: not immediately obeying commands is NOT a crime.
And here’s the key legal issue:
Unless agents have:
• a valid arrest warrant, or
• probable cause that a specific crime has been committed
they cannot:
• use force
• break windows
• issue violent threats
• detain or arrest someone
Probable cause means specific, articulable facts that would make a reasonable officer believe a crime occurred… not vibes, not attitude, not silence, not filming, not asking questions.
Back in the video, the passenger-side agent escalates further, shouting:
“First time I ask you to roll your window down, you do it.”
The driver responds:
“Are you in danger, sir? Are you escalating this?”
The agent replies:
“I don’t know. Hands up.”
Despite the driver repeatedly attempting to comply and hand over ID, agents continue shouting conflicting commands.
At one point, the agent orders the driver to “talk to the original agent”… which is exactly what the driver was doing before the window-smashing threat.
Then the man asks, “Are you feeling unsafe or uneasy?”
The agent responds, “I don’t know, man.” while standing on the passenger side of the car, smirking.
The driver finally says what anyone would say surrounded by armed men:
“How many guns do I have around me? I need you to calm down. I’m asking him to stop banging on my car. Is that too much?”
He even offers… again… to step out of the vehicle.
This is not law enforcement. This is intimidation fishing for an excuse.
No probable cause.
No warrant.
No lawful basis for force.
And yet, the escalation came entirely from the agents.
This video proves something chilling: you can comply, stay calm, ask lawful questions… and still be threatened with violence.
So, the question isn’t “Why didn’t he just comply?”
The question is how many people have already been assaulted under this exact playbook… and how many more will be, before this stops?
🚨BREAKING: Border Patrol agents illegally detained, assaulted, and arrested a TEENAGER… a U.S. citizen… inside a Target in Minneapolis.
Hours later, they dumped him out of their vehicle, leaving him bleeding, injured, and abandoned on the street.
In the video, he’s standing on the sidewalk as a man approaches to help him. He’s visibly hurt, shaken, and bleeding.
The fear and pain in this teenager’s voice is unmistakable.
Border Patrol had no warrant, no charges, and no legal justification to detain him.
Both Target employees Border Patrol arrested that day were U.S. citizens.
Both were released without charges, because they committed no crimes.
Agents did not have specific targets when they entered the store.
This was illegal racial profiling, followed by unlawful detention and assault, carried out by a federal agency with no authority to do what they did.
This is not a “mistake.” This is not “border enforcement.” This is a federal agency violating the Constitution, brutalizing American citizens, and then abandoning a bleeding teenager like trash.
If this can happen to a U.S. citizen in a Target, it can happen to anyone.
@DHSgov No amount of propaganda will help you hide the fact that AMERICAN CITIZENS now are in the crossfire. Shame on you for making it so. https://t.co/8YvUlswKyr
