For Android they will always warn you about what each app will do, don't press or allow any that say that they will destroy your data, or reset your phone, or allow admin. If you do, be prepared to uninstall the app as fast as you can.

If the holding shift doesn't work, turn off your PC and turn it back on, while it's loading, turn it off again with the button, do it at leats twice untill you see a different type of loading, it will boot you to the same blue screen

Make a restore point before downloading, when you download the program and run them, when you want to go back you press the restart while holding shift, it will boot you to a blue screen, there will be a button that will restore you.
