@defense_diaries @Jujubemad I thought it was an overreach until I started hearing the evidence from the investigator. The knowledge of his son having issues & the Crumbly case …then the nail in the coffin are the gun safe searches within minutes of texts about all of that. Geesh.

@GarrickKingston @ketchupcourtH Excellent point. She is the only staff member present for every death. This case is so horrific. Those poor, tiny, defenseless babies. I read the doctors’ report that is supposed to exonerate her. I’m not convinced that there is a wrongful conviction here.

@ketchupcourtH @GarrickKingston To add to your point: it’s like when when ppl say that evidence is circumstantial so it isn’t good enough. Most of the time that is all there is, and no direct evidence exists. But here there is plenty of circumstantial evidence pointing to guilt. In my opinion.

@ketchupcourtH Netflix just did a documentary that definitely painted it as a possible wrongful conviction. Never even mentioned the motive: her Dr. BF. With UK courts not allowing trials to be televised I don’t know all the evidence but what I’ve seen makes me pretty convinced she did it.

For anyone who thought the Court had her hand on the scale in the #EdrickFaust case, I have never seen a sentencing where ppl continually argue innocence unabated. Calling her Lisa? … I felt so badly for Tara’s younger brother. Had me in tears. I hope they find peace.

@CourtTV I think there are people who want so badly for the “system” to be racist and have a reason to protest that they will ignore the evidence to the contrary & get angry at anyone who doesn’t agree with their opinion on this case. There was sufficient evidence to convict him. JMO
