All she has to do is her job! The robbery charge was dropped? Did the judge also decide on his own to drop the robbery charge the Grand Jury indicted him on which is probably what got her murdered. I didn't know judge sat down with defendants and their attorneys and worked out plea deals that just forgets there was a victim! Are you sure this was in Florida?

No, until you have been spit on, you do not have the right to judge! He had an automatic gut reaction. That boy is lucky he only took him to the ground. When it happened to me, I saw red. I didn't realize what I was doing for a couple of seconds! When I came back to my senses I realized I was trying to climb over my 6' officer to get to the really large inmate. I immediately stopped because I heard my officer calling my name! We then properly restrained her. You sometimes don't have a choice, because your brain just takes over. Spitting on someone is really nasty. You don't know what diseases that person may carry. I guess I have always had a problem with it. I never won a fight with my sister until in our teens she made the mistake of spitting on me. I literally jumped out the back door on top of her and went to town on her. Our mom had to pull us apart. We were like 15 and 17. It was 5 rickety steps up to get in that old house. That was our last physical fight. 🤣🤣🤣
