@RayyanAlrawahi You need to program ur brain for max of 8hrs sleep and the 4hrs extra that u wasted in sleeping, look for activities such us (Reading, walking, Gym, planning, etc….) look for things that u love and admire in that way u will be happy and healthy 🙃
