Hey @AmericanAir thanks for the five hour delay with no explanation. My 10 year old and my 6 year old travel companions are thrilled. So much for your contract agreement of 4 or more hour delay, and making it good with your clients.
Thanks @AmericanAir for basically telling me to get lost when you PMd me today. You did nothing to make it right. And you basically told me to suck it up.
So thank you- I’ll consider other vendors going forward. Since my family and myself are absolutely not appreciated by you.
@AmericanAir I replied to yours. The response you sent did not address my concerns at all. It just stated that we had a delay- which I know. And it’s the issue.
Really @FlyFrontier ? A two hour delay for Phoenix passengers from MCO? And nothing? Just come back in two hours? You gave our plane to Raleigh and stranded us. Seriously worst airline ever. Flight out to MCO was horrific, this flight is equally as bad. Never again.

@ChaseSupport With all due respect, this is an 8 hour hold. That’s absolutely unacceptable. It’s not you providing customer service to all your customers- it’s the complete opposite.

@LoveBethpage This response is a perfect example of how your customer service is the worst. This requires immediate attention- and we’ve been trying to have you handle it for over a week.

Hey @Delta just spoke to one of your agents via the customer service line! They had to be one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with in customer service EVER!!! When I asked for help figuring my issue out, he told me it wasn’t his problem I didn’t know!!!
#castcompliment for Miss Courtney at the Beaches and Cream restaurant in Disney’s Beach Club! She went above and beyond for my family and had the true Disney spirit! We will always ask for her when dining here going forward! If you ask us- She’s #1!!!
