If this happened here in NV & he didn't give consent to be recorded then this tape can't be used and she can b sued or criminally charged. So stupid if there isn't consent to b recorded since NV is 2 party state. Just this makes it illegal

@Not_this_mom @kingchudy @KollegeKidd All for evidence but follow the law. If they live in NV, it's a 2 party state so all parties must consent to b recorded unless court order. If recorded without consent then recorder can b criminally charged or sued. Get evidence but do it right
