Palace just need to sit in, pick us off and counter and they'll canter to a win.

We look passive, lacking urgency and almost zero threat from wide positions.

Rogers could be a tale of second season syndrome, struggling to make any impact. Ollie getting no service but looks off the pace with his movement.

As a club we've got to stop crying about windows, outgoings and PSR because we'll be 10 games in in the blink of an eye and struggling, so the first challenge is "who wants out, there's the door ", whoever they are. Then build afresh again.

I make it 23 signings ( including loans) in Unai's tenure with Tielemans, Pau, Rogers, Asensio ( loan) who've been elite in that time, consistently. We've got to get more like 20-23 in that category to make up for the inevitable outgoings for financial balancing and players who feel they can do better. Don't shoot me down here but 3 permanent signings who've done 9/10 well is worthy of discussion because Malen, Maatsen and a few decent money signings haven't given the value needed yet.
