@PassportIRL I sent my application through at the end of October 2021, the tracker said it was ready to be sent, then it has shot back up. Have been trying to call your office for weeks now and the webchat is never green. I need to know when it will be arriving? It’s urgent

My passport and all my ID is still sitting in Ireland since October 2021, I appreciate delays, but having no one talk to, is so unprofessional, I have a funeral in 2 weeks in Spain and I have no way of saying goodbye to my Dad because you still have my passport!

Does anyone know how long it takes to get a first time Irish passport? My application started in October and is no where near ready! There is no one to communicate with?
