@radioruderham @ABC Let me clarify “educate yourself” jab. It was a gut reaction. I could have that out. I apologize for that. Ppl involved in gestational surrogacy take offense to gc’s being referred to as “Mom” or “Surrogate Mom” in any way. Its often considered offensive to the Intended Parents.

@AmazonHelp I don’t need any cs blurbs Chris. I need someone to provide customer service & get this to me as promised when I ordered it 12/17. When I worked at Amazon this was a phone call to the shipper in situations like this. The inaction by cs now (at Xmas no less) is unconscionable!
