There should always be another chance & there should always be room for redemption.
The worst response we can have is to close the door, lock it, & throw away the key.
I agree - every child has the potential to change their behaviour with care, understanding and support. I strongly believe in second chances. I abhor those who look back to the past and make judgements using history. Those 'judges' need to change their behaviour too.
We can’t allow a child’s previous school situation to define their future school situation. Let’s not judge a student before they even get to us. Don’t let their current chapter become their entire story. #JoyfulLeaders#EduZero
