@Wowcher_Support Hi, how do I sort an ongoing issue since Valentines! I’d bought a gift and paid extra for it as a gift card. My husband tried to redeem the voucher to be told it was invalid! Now I am getting the run around and told I did not redeem before it expired!!!! Shocking customer care!
@British_Airways I have messaged several times as requested!! Still I await a response… no actually still I await my refund!!!! Terrible customer service!
