Elon Musk is the world's first trillionaire.
"He doesn't actually have $1 trillion, it's all on paper. So you can't tax it."
He can borrow against it. It gives him leverage and power. He can cash it in at any time.
If it's really enough to live on, it's real enough to tax.
Bloomberg is owned by the world's 18th richest man.
Billionaires emit more carbon in one hour than a poor person does in a lifetime.
This is propaganda.
The idea that Elon Musk worked harder than every person alive and who has ever lived is a very stupid and immature fairytale. Wake up. He’s robbing us.
i honestly think that crying over a book is one of the most prominent signs of compassion for humanity. you’re crying over someone who isn't really there and doesn't really exist, but you still feel for them as if you have known them your entire life.
If Bernie's 5% annual wealth tax on billionaires had been enacted in 2012, Elon Musk would be worth less than $365 billion instead of the $1.2 trillion that he's worth today.
Elon would still be the wealthiest man alive & every family in America would have universal childcare.
A person that becomes a trillionaire should be shamed and ostracized for hoarding massive amounts of wealth. That kind of behavior isn’t admirable but rather greedy and sociopathic.
@Jeano467 Oh yes you do! Season 2 was great. The third was ok, entertaining but not as good without rose, which is why everybody is so excited for her return. Hopefully it's more than just one scene 🙈
