Made an impromptu visit to Dwarka Police Station, Sector 23, today to review operational readiness, policing infrastructure and the quality of citizen-facing services.

Interacted with police personnel and assessed grievance redressal mechanisms, emergency response preparedness and local surveillance systems, with a focus on outcomes that matter to citizens - swift grievance resolution, timely emergency assistance, safer neighbourhoods and respectful, transparent public dealing.

Emphasised proactive patrolling, time-bound response and accountable service delivery to strengthen public trust and ensure that policing translates into tangible improvements in citizens’ everyday safety and security.

Why the BJP is defending Gyanesh Kumar - it built this system -
🔹Modi govt passed the 2023 CEC Act. It removed the CJI & replaced him with a Union minister nominated by the PM.
Now the selection committee is PM plus PM's minister against one LoP - 2–1 every time.
🔹 lifetime protection for the CEC.
The same Act shields the CEC and ECs from civil and criminal proceedings for actions taken in office. The shield applies even after they retire.

Which honest officer needs lifetime immunity? Protection is demanded by those who fear accountability.

🔹Two of the CEC's own colleagues, chosen by the same Modi government. They objected 14 times.
🔹The Commission has 3 members, and two objected. In any democracy that is a majority against the chief. Yet the CEC kept running the SIR as if the Commission were a one-man show.
🔹BJP called Rahul Gandhi's charges baseless. Will it call Sandhu & Joshi anti national too? Both were appointed by this Modi government.
🔹The government wrote the 2023 law itself. The law says the Commission decides by majority. If the CEC bypassed his own colleagues, he broke the law that was written to protect him.
🔹When the Commission's own members are kept in the dark, how can the voter trust its voter list
