@docakx If the dog which scratched him is well and alive after 10 days, it's not likely rabies. Also getting a simple scratch from rabid shedding dog is also not a common scenario. There's something else happened,truth will be known only if test results are made public.
@DocPriyamMD The problem with symptoms is it overlaps with lot of other benign conditions like gastritis,ibs etc.
Finding a true sign in very early stage is so difficult without endoscopy.

@DocPriyamMD I think one should consider family history as well and start screening at certain age. As I read it's not easily detectable with simple ultrasound.
But with pancreatic cancer it seems to catch it early even with mri is challenging because of its anatomical position. Challenging.
