Buying an AC from @Flipkart was a huge mistake. Dealing with an installation issue and your customer support is doing absolutely nothing to fix it. Why take customer money if you can't provide proper service? @FlipkartSupport fix this immediately! 😤👇

"Unmasking the frustration. Gifted a defective and damaged AC and TV from Flipkart - Order ID: [OD437179916403585100 , OD437192547295002100] - and the AC is their own brand, MarQ. The technician already visited and confirmed it's completely broken and defective. I even have their Trust Shield protection, but their own support doesn't even know about it. First making me wait until April 30th, now telling me to wait until May 12th. This is unacceptable for a claim within the 30-day window! Pure emotional distress and zero support for a gift. I demand a full refund! @Flipkart @flipkartsupport

@flipkartsupport U can check whether i contacted or not after that u can revert me , I contacted to flipkart support team they failed to provide proper resolution and response they can't don't know how to listen the what the customers issues also u can check with ur team properly
