@AOSmithin I purchased an A.O. Smith under-sink water purifier : Z2 pro on last year April (2024),  and the tank has already stopped functioning within just 15 months. The technician has advised replacement with a cost of ₹7000, which is extremely disappointing

A water tank should not fail so quickly. I strongly request that this be replaced under goodwill or extended warranty policy, as this appears to be a product defect or quality failure.

Kindly treat this as urgent and revert with a resolution at the earliest.
