@Tenpin_Bowling - I had poor experience because of misleading information over the call while booking and after reaching the Swindon Centre. That party got spoiled because Center denied to do the same what was told over the call. Written to Tenpin. Waiting for the quick action
@Tenpin_Bowling It's been 3 days but I have not received any acknowledgement email even. I have raises the complaint using online form and via telephone as well.

@coursera - Why are you misleading the people in the name of Trial Period. If someone has completed the certificate, should be able to download. But its restricting saying you can do after trail period. In a way, you are forcing to continue the membership. Is this correct way?

@AtishiAAP Hello Atishi Ji, Why you are not looking the topics @raghav_chadha raised in parliament for common man. All the topics he raised were very valid and few were actioned as well. He is actually playing well as opposition, giving the suggestion to implement.

Being a constant and loyal customer, I never faced such issue in last few years. It's been almost a week, sms are not received, now last 2 days entire network is gone too. Hardly any call are connecting, no Mobil data is working.
@HCI_London@vfsglobalcare wanted a clarification on one simple query before submitting the form, But no one has provided a proper reply over the call or email. When I am trying to get connect with HCI phone, it goes on waiting and at 12th min, disconnects. How It can be resolved
@vfsglobalcare Sorry to say but I am fully fed up with such responses. Not sure why you promise to provide the proper answer. If they would have helped by providing the response , why would I have written here. It's been around 1 week now and no resolution.
