Sec 77 में साफ़ लिखा है की Wrong Tax Output Tax के इशू पर No Interest No Penalty लगेगी और उसको सही देना पड़ेगा और ग़लत वाला Refund हो जाएगा (Screenshot Attached)

लेकिन फिर भी इनको डिपार्टमेंट वाले परेसान कर रहे है और पेनल्टी और सही head में टैक्स माँग रहे है और Refund मना कर रहे है

ये टैक्सपेयर बहुत भाग्य वाला है की इसकी बात माननीय वित मंत्री जी तक आ गई और अब इसको Sec 77 के हिसाब से करके इसका मामला ख़त्म कर दिया जाएगा

लेकिन ऐसी ही परेशानी हर दिन हजारों टैक्सपेयर को होती है और Act में साफ़ लिखी बात को नहीं माना जाता और demand का ऑर्डर पास कर दिया जाता है उन पर, उनका क्या?
