I was promised a refund within 2 hours, but it’s still not received. This is not acceptable. Customers shouldn’t be made to run behind their own money.@Swiggy

Absolutely unacceptable, @Swiggy ! On 29 April 2026, I placed an order of ₹441—payment deducted, order confirmed. Later told the restaurant is closed and refund will take 5–7 days. If it was closed, why accept the order? Process my refund IMMEDIATELY! @Swiggy
