All the Faculties at Govt Engg Colleges and Polytechnics of the State have decided to work wearing Black Ribbon, with a hope that the issue of the infamous Recruitment Rules 2004 needs to be addressed,which is the only cause of all the agony and problems.

*We Polytechnic Teachers of Madhya Pradesh,the backbone of #SkillIndia are the only left without benefit of 7th pay CPC even after 5 years and still waiting. Other MP state employees have already been given this benefit. Plz Intervene
