@AxisBankSupport I have not applied for credit card but I have received message that "Thank you for applying for AXIS BANK MY ZONE Credit Card with application ID XXXXX. An SMS confirming your application status will be sent shortly"

@Paytmcare Hi, I applied for Paytm First Card (Citi) on 27th May and completed Video KYC on same day. But I have not received any update till now. Also not able to contact Citi bank Customer care. Just not able to go beyond IVR optionsπ
@KotakBankLtd Your customer support executives are useless, they don't have solution for any issues. They just know to keep the call on hold and stop responding.
@CRED_club Your support team has messed up. I changed my number in bank 2 months ago. And signed up for cred with my new number. So I requested for deletion of my old cred account. But unfortunately my both cred account was deleted (maybe coz I used same mail id in both account)
@AmazonHelp They have told me that another offer was applied so I'm not eligible for this offer... But as per Amazon tnc the offer which gives maximum is auto applied so what your support team is saying is contradictory to what is mentioned in tnc
