With due respect for Mr Ratan Tata , we bought Tata safari as it is Indian...
But now see our ordeal...
Our car broke down on 4 June 22 after so many minor issues  at kurseong darjeeling  road.

@tata_cars We are cooperating only. But problem is your customer service rep are not trained well. They say data doesn't show the complaint.
Rules different by different rep.

Shocking to know that TATA MOTORS is so unprofessional  and unethical and lagging in digital  knowledge  in this  era ..

Now all your customer care rep are clueless.A new dept 'outbound' is told to us.Even it is told that the complaint number is not in system because the system was down at that time.

Mechanic arranged after 3.5 hours couldn't even locate the problem.
Horrible experience ..

Worst customer service #Tatamotors # tata safari xt plus.
Our car broke down 4 hours back after so many mino issues at kurseong darjeeling road. After 4 hours the person comes to see our car and leaving us . We the family of 8 including 4 small kids are suffering.

@tata_cars Dealer details sent as DM . No body even bothered to call us .
Due to horrible mismanagement by customer service provider Pulkit and his supervisor Ganesh we have to leave our car on hill side road . No tow vehicle arranged .

@tata_cars Had worst experience with Tata Safari XT plus..with only 34 km vehicle broke down and even customer support was horrible..Had to suffer with kids and family

Kids aged 4 ,5, 8 and 9 yrs are stranded on the hill road . Its getting dark. No restaurant nearby .. please understand and react
