Poor service by Blue Star AC & CPP India. AC under valid warranty till2027 but not repaired even after 20+ days. Indoor & outdoor both taken for repair,still no resolution.Suffering in May heat.Need urgent repair/replacement.

No AC for 1 month in Agra’s brutal May heat! Pathetic service by @BlueStarLtd & @CPPGroupIndia. Technicians took indoor & outdoor units for 10 days each—STILL NOT FIXED. Extended Warranty valid till 2027 (No: CS-VY15877C). Senior citizens/kids suffering. @jagograhakjago HELP!
