@IRCTCofficial Refunding the money later doesn't solve my problem. My journey is tomorrow, and due to IRCTC's booking failures, I may not get a seat. Who is responsible for the inconvenience and lost booking opportunity? Passengers book tickets to travel, not to wait for refunds. Disgusting!!

UPI payment done but still stuck at “Payment Initiated” on IRCTC, no ticket confirmation. Now showing connection issues and no seat availability. My money is stuck and I’m left with nothing. This kind of third-class service is unacceptable. Fix this @IRCTCofficial
Paid ₹1318.15 for 3 Tatkal tickets (13006 ASR–HWH Mail, Patna–Howrah) via IRCTC. Amount deducted but status shows “NOT BOOKED”. No PNR generated. This is unacceptable. Either confirm the booking or refund immediately.

@dominos Ordered at 10:09 PM, received at 12:13 AM food was completely cold, tasted awful, and came without chilli flakes or oregano. Store manager ignored calls for long, then promised a refund at 1:45 AM, and now denies it, offering just a discount. Worst experience ever!
