I welcome the understanding reached between the United States and Iran on ending the conflict in West Asia, which has caused serious economic disruption across the world and led to loss of life in many countries.

India hopes that the implementation of this understanding will help restore peace and stability in the region and ensure the freedom of navigation and commerce.

We look forward to deliberations on the remaining issues reaching a sustainable final agreement.

Today, I joined our Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri Revanth Reddy garu and Minister Sri N. Uttam Kumar Reddy garu for an aerial review of the flood-affected areas in Medak district. The devastation caused by incessant rains is truly concerning, and immediate relief measures are being prioritized.

Later, at Medak SP office, I took part in the review meeting chaired by our CM garu to assess the ground situation, rescue operations, and rehabilitation plans. Every possible step is being taken by the Government to ensure the safety and support of our people in these testing times.

The Congress Government stands firmly with the flood-affected families and will continue to extend all necessary assistance until normalcy is restored.
