Republic of Balochistan is excited to announce that in 2026, to further celebrate and highlight our centuries-old bonds of friendship, brotherhood, and mutual respect with India and Indian brothers and sister and to expand people-to-people relations, we plan to honor by conferring Prime Minister Narendra Modi with Balochistan's highest civilian award, the “Baluchi Dastar” by our representatives in the near future.

The Baluchi Dastar is not just an award it is the highest civilian honor of Balochistan, a sacred symbol of trust, unbreakable friendship, and eternal brotherhood. This traditional Baloch turban, wrapped with dignity and pride, is bestowed only upon those rare souls who stand firmly with the Baloch nation in its pain, its dreams, and its rightful struggle.Those who receive the Baluchi Dastar carry a profound responsibility on their shoulders: to nurture this bond of friendship, protect it with heart and soul, and guide it toward its destined fulfillment—the day when Balochistan breathes free as a sovereign nation.

The 60 million patriotic people of Balochistan truly value nations and friends who understand our pain and struggles. We are profoundly grateful to India's 1.4 billion people for their ongoing moral and media support of Balochistan's legitimate cause, helping amplify our voice far and wide. We fondly remember how, on August 15, 2016, from the Red Fort, Prime Minister Modi Ji courageously and affectionately thanked the people of Balochistan that moment touched our hearts deeply.
Presenting India's Prime Minister with Balochistan's top civilian award, the “Baluchi Dastar”, is our way of acknowledging how he has highlighted Balochistan's challenges through India's media. While India has not yet extended official, material support to our freedom movement.

We're optimistic that 2026 will bring a fresh direction to Balochistan-India relations, allowing leaders from both sides to collaborate on peace, progress, prosperity, and security in the region exploring better paths in diplomacy, politics, economy, defense, and culture.
Furthermore The Republic of Balochistan warmly views the prestigious award bestowed upon India's Prime Minister, the honorable Narendra Modi, in Oman specifically, the First Class of the Order of Oman, the Sultanate's highest civilian honor, conferred by Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on December 18, 2025, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to strengthening India-Oman bilateral relations during the 70th anniversary of diplomatic ties as a clear sign of India's rising acceptance and respect in the Muslim world.

A big part of this heartfelt recognition comes from the vibrant Baloch community in Oman, who are living there for centuries, holding influential positions in government, civilian roles, the military, bureaucracy, and key decision-making bodies. They see Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji as a true friend of Balochistan and Oman, admiring him deeply and sending their best wishes for his continued good health and well-being.
