Train no-12921, PNR-8148975785, @RailMinIndia@IRCTCofficial Extremely disappointed with the condition of this train. Old and poorly maintained coaches, cockroaches crawling all over the seats, no basin, filthy toilets, and overall unhygienic conditions. Such a waste of money.
Never buy a policy for @policybazaar
I have my term insurance, health insurance, my vehicle insurance for them. Thinking they will help me when I need to file a claim.
Recently I filed a reimbursement claim for my mother through policy bazaar, instead of directly filing to AB.

@mahesh_karauli1@policybazaar@abhealthin Mere ko bhi RM assign kiya hai jinka phone hi busy aata hai. Fir wo dusre ko connect karenge aur bolege aapki service note kar liya gaya hai aur 1 ghante me call aa jayega lekin kabhi koi call nahi aata hai.
Toh better hoga ki bina kisi ko call kiye service request raise karo.
@abhealthin@abhealthin why have you marked my 24180242 resolved without providing any resolution I haven't got any call and mail regarding this just a message saying this request has been processed. I am taking all this into evidence when I take you to consumer court. Good Luck 👍
@EmpowerVishal@policybazaar I have done my research before buying this policy. I can debate on this weather the policy I brought is best policy on paper. I know how to extract my money from them If all my documents are present no rejection can stop me from claiming all my money.

It's not like I live in any tier 3 city where it was not possible. I live in Surat which is fastest growing metro city in India. How is that possible they don't have agent here. If not here they how we believe there are in other cities.
@drprashantmish6@policybazaar The thing is they will reimburse all the amount but only if we complain. 60-70% proposer will not complain back after partial approval @abhealthin only 10-15% will raise the concern rest 50% will be their direct cost saving.

As stated in IRDAI website there are procedure to follow before going to the regulatory. First raise concern to insurer then Esclate it to some senior executive then it will be escalated it to grievance redressal officer then only you can go to IRDAI.
