I travelled twice on 17rh of June and one one week before from Pune to Hubballi and from Hubballi to Bengaluru by Samparak Kranti express train. On both journeys the train was delay by three(3) hours. I suffered a lot. Thinking of legal steps. please answer me.

The traffic in Varanasi is beyond control. The devotees who are old has to depend on wheel chairs to reach Ganga arati place as no vehicles are allowed. Kala Bhirav temple is beyond reach. Here also weak devotees cannot walk. The allies to temple are too narrow

Recently I had been to Varnaasi to visit Kasi Vishwanath and bathe in Ganges. The boatmen of Ganges asked abnormal charges to take us to other side of Ganges. After returning from the other side the boatman asked more than the fixed price.

Please arrange prepaid boats so. that devotees are not cheated. The middle men of priests of Vishwanath temple also forced us more money. There is no rope way, lift or even human carriers for disabled devotees from Ganges shore to Kasi temple.

At least let there be ropeway or doly to reach temple. I also request UP Govt to arrange boats. Private boatmen cheat tourists.

@narendramodi Sir, Recently I had been to Varanasi, impressed by improvement but a lot to be improved like climbing steps from Ganges River to Vishwanath temple. There are no dollies, no ropeway. Difficult for old and disabled persons. Boats are costly.

I had booked two tickets in A/C coach no C1 seat no 23_ 24 on 25 th May 2019 from Bengaluru to Hubli. We are above 65 years. The train was inter city seduled to leave at 1 3 hour but came by 14 hr.. It left platform with in 5 minutes. We missed the train,
