Buying a Croma AC & ZipCare is a massive mistake. After multiple escalations, @cromaretail @onsitegoindia tech finally came but refused a Field Service Report. Then his manager calls & demands ₹9500 for indoor PCB fix but refuses to give a written quote or price breakdown!(1/2)

Absolute pathetic service from @cromaretail & @onsitegoindia for my Croma AC repair (SR: 260528-003556). First, a tech noshows & claims I refused charges. Now, they reschedule to June 1 claiming "site not ready" without even calling or visiting! Total lies just to delay service.

@TataMotors_Cars I had raised a RSA request for Jump start of the vehicle around 8AM and RSA team is still unable to resolve the issue. The technician came to solve the issue is carrying low capacity battery and say you call some other number so that they will help with charges.

@cromaretail Extremely disappointed with the experience. My AC service (Complaint No: C005494181) has been pending since April 25, 2025 — no technician visit, no update.

Kindly share escalation matrix, process for refund, and timeline to resolve this. This delay is unacceptable.
