Most of you marital issues can be solved by intentional, undivided listening. If she is upset and giving you the cold shoulder for days at a time, pull out a pen/paper and tell her you want to know what is bothering her. Try to summarize her concerns afterwards.

This is not the time to let her know what you are upset about or to defend your stance on what she is feeling. Just let her talk and then summarize her concerns. Make sure she agrees that you are summarizing it properly. And then SHUT UP.
