I had raised my cancellation request for jio fiber- but I was asked to pay a bill of approx 1k
Now when cancelling it you have told me that the bill was for the month of June and you will not refund the money even when i wont use ur service? What scam?

@ola_supports Why was I chrged double the amount with no prior intimation? 1st I was told this is charge for 3 kms extra ride, then I was told this is peak pricing which is at discretion of ola and is not included in estimate. N finaly that fdbk has been taken and no resolution can be provided
