BREAKING NEWS: Tinashe Mushayanyama a Zimbabwean foreigner was unlawfully appointed as Acting Executive Head: Social Development in the City of Johannesburg CoJ despite being unqualified and without experience.

Dikeledi Moumakwa a South African woman who is was initially appointed by Acting City Manager Tshepo Makola was removed and replaced a Zimbabwean foreigner Tinashe Mushayanyama without any explanation.

Dikeledi holds BA Social Work Honours, Masters Diploma in HR Management,Post Graduate
Diploma in Program and Project Management, Master in Project and Programme Management, MBA and other leadership short courses, currently registered for PHD. She has been working with CoJ for 22 years and 15 years in the managerial level position.

Tinashe studied in South Africa and never went back to Zimbabwe after studying which violated immigration laws, it’s unclear how he obtained South African citizenship after he graduated.
