@Village_Hotels great stay at the Wirral Hotel , paid for car parking, then received a PCN from Group Nexus. No e mail responses from hotel and after several calls I have been told to take it up with Nexus myself!! Poor follow up ruins the quality customer service offered .

@skytv Horrendous last few weeks with a catalogue of failed promises, administrative errors and the worst customer service imaginable.  We have not had any Sky service over Christmas and New Year.  Clearly, no one is willing to take ownership and escalation seems pointless.

@skytv We have been without Sky TV over the Christmas period. I have been with Sky for over 17 years. Conflicting assessments for loss of signal resulting in replacing the Sky Q main box with a mini box and taking away my viewing card!! Shocking service, poor follow up. Help

@British_Airways booking L9T5DC case ref 23207897 18th May has been so poorly managed. Waited so long for a response and finally compensated for a fraction of the claim which was totally in line with your conditions. No explanation and total silence . So disappointed
