@dhoklalol Next I would check CPU usage (have task manager on and watch). If cpu has decent temp and cpu usage and ram usage then I would think drivers would need to be updated.

Usually these types of issues are from heat (dusty insides, ventilation/fans, Thermal paste/heatsink issues, water cooler issues). To diagnose this I use MSI afterburner (sorry I don't know how computer literate you are)

This is what I would check first.
