Congress leader Amarnath Goud from Devarakonda constituency of Nalgonda district, Telangana slapped and dragged a Dalit woman by hair, in full public view.

Amarnath Goud, got into a heated argument with VOA Madhavi over funds belonging to women’s savings group, during a Grama Sabha in Mallepalli village.

The Congress leader was enraged by Village Office Assistant Madhav’s questioning and slapped her across her face leading to a full blown fist fight.
