I have been using @DevinAI almost exclusively for the past few months, so when I say I genuinely believe it's in a completely different class than tools like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor, its for good reason.

People always ask what makes it different.

My answer is that Cognition seems 100% focused on one thing: building the best AI agent that can handle end-to-end engineering.

You can hand Devin an entire feature and literally "let it cook". Hours later it'll come back with a PR, a screen recording of what it changed, CI already handled, and any review feedback addressed.

I do have two BIG complaints, though.

Firstly, for more "interactive" development, Devin can be pretty slow.

Secondly, you may need to take out a second mortgage to pay for tokens.

Today they released Fusion.

Now I have zero complaints.
