@ApexTraderFund Looking for help with payouts issue.

My 5 PA accounts are marked “Not Eligible for Payout” even though the dashboard shows all eligibility requirements as completed. The only message provided is “Contact customer support for more information.”

A support ticket was submitted almost a week ago, but I still don’t have an explanation for the ineligibility. Ticket #1573350

Can someone please review and advise? Screenshots in comments.

Hey! My strategy hasn’t really evolved during the current volatility per say. I prefer to scalp my trades with tight stops intentionally so that I can maintain a high win rate with smaller wins which tend to be consistent in most market conditions regardless of volatility. Sometimes I do catch bigger moves though since I trial my winners! And as always I pay close attention to price action, so if for example the candles have big wicks on both ends, I sit on my hands at market open. Also use different strategies during varying market conditions while keeping them in separate accounts but always trailing my winners with tight stops. 🙌🏼
