Sources: Free-agent CB Rasul Douglas is planning to sign a one-year deal with the Washington Commanders worth up to $3.8 million. Douglas spent last season with the Dolphins, where he started 13 games. A former Eagles third-round pick in 2017, Douglas now returns to the NFC East.
@discoque92 It’s the clutch gene that Tana had that maybe stands out in the minds of fans over Terry. But I feel like Terry gets a ton of love. The stadium literally chants his name for 2-5 business days after he catches a ball.
Many of the offseason questions and concerns have shown themselves to be legit this season.
A legit pass rusher was a major need. We treated it like it wasn’t.
The Terry debacle - I still place blame mostly on Terry’s side. But they should have targeted WR more aggressively
Allow me a min (thread)… When you think about the ownership change, hope of what last season brought to us… I’ve never felt worse about a loss (that I can remember). I was already feeling a way about Rob and those 2012 Skins before that playoff game. This is different
Thoughts: tackling and turnovers lost the game last night (not blaming refs - bad calls went both ways).
They needed JD5 to be perfect and he almost was. But 2 uncharacteristic mistakes hurt. Having said that, his accuracy was back. He otherwise looked great.
Bengals may have scored on that drive, but I liked what I saw overall from the defense. Have to wonder what Amos would’ve done on that shot to Chase… not sure what’s up with him not being out there
There’s going to be growing pains (for fans) as Adam Peters continues to make his mark on this team. But this is life with a legitimate GM. While he won’t be right all the time, fans have to trust the process.
I like BRob, but I think without him, it’ll allow Kliff to open the playbook a little more without tipping his hand (when BRob is on the field). Also speaks to how they feel about CRod, imo. Not just Bill
