ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଚୁକ୍ତିଭିତ୍ତିକ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଉଚ୍ଛେଦ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ @Naveen_Odisha କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ୍ ବୈଠକରେ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏହାଦ୍ୱାରା ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଚୁକ୍ତିଭିତ୍ତିକ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପାଇଥିବା ୫୭,୦୦୦ରୁ ଅଧିକ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପରିବାର ଉପକୃତ ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛନ୍ତି।

ଏହାକୁ ଖୁସିର ଦିନ ଭାବେ ବର୍ଣ୍ଣନା କରି ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି, "ସୀମିତ ସମ୍ବଳ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଉତ୍ତମ ଆର୍ଥିକ ପରିଚାଳନା ଓ ସୁଶାସନ ଜରିଆରେ ଧୀରେ ଧୀରେ ପରିସ୍ଥିତିରେ ଉନ୍ନତି ଆସିଛି। ୨୦୧୩ରେ କଣ୍ଟ୍ରାକଚୁଆଲ୍ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ଏହା ମୋ ପାଇଁ ଏକ କଷ୍ଟକର ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ଥିଲା। ହେଲେ ଏବେ ବିକାଶ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଦେଶରେ ନୂଆ ପରିଚୟ ପାଇଛି।"

"ବହୁତ ଦିନଧରି ମୁଁ ଏ ଦିନକୁ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରିଥିଲି। ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ କଣ୍ଟ୍ରାକଚୁଆଲ୍ ନିଯୁକ୍ତିର ଯୁଗ ଶେଷ ହୋଇଛି। ଆଜି ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଦୃଢ଼ ଆତ୍ମବିଶ୍ୱାସର ସହ ଆଗକୁ ବଢୁଛି, ସଶକ୍ତ ହେଉଛି। ଏହା ଆମ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ସ୍ବର୍ଣ୍ଣିମ ସମୟ। ସମସ୍ତେ ଭଲ କାମ କରି ଆହୁରି ନିଷ୍ଠାର ସହ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ସେବାରେ ନିୟୋଜିତ ହେବାକୁ ମୁଁ ଆହ୍ୱାନ କରୁଛି।"

We thanked the Hon'ble Chief Secretary as he keep his promise given to us & request him to implement taken by the Cabinet for contractual employees W.E.F 1.1.2016,Add 6 yr contractual period to service periods.There is some legal issues,but later we will consider it,he promised.
