@Borosil purchased personalised steel water bottles from Borosil. Lids are defective, coating is substandard. Complained to Borosil. First they agreed for replacement then went back to inform only lids replacement. Now informed lids are not available. Pathetic product and service
@BhandarkarI sent mail to the secretary about the rare books I have. Expected reply but no response. Will have to think twice if I should donate such a treasure to the institute whose management is so insensitive. Disappointed

@AxisBank, @AxisBankSupport Problem created by Bank remain unresolved almost for a week. With weekend the Bank is in deep sleep. So insensitive to customer problems that they themselves have created. Most pathetic service, even the nodal officer needs unreasonable time to resolve
