@makemytripcare For your information facing the driver side the first left lover's birth was booked by me which was single only. Seems bus operators changed bus type and no info was shared and salute MakeMyTrip investigation

As checked the bus type was 2+2 which represents double/sharing birth. We have already shared our decision, kindly adhere the same.
