Stretch from Veterinary hospital to Tainsira road doesn’t have street lights, and thieves are taking advantages of it. One can’t go through the road after dusk . Fear of Snake 🐍 , street dogs are always there. I request the concerned authority to take action asap.

AI-Based “Raasta Fix” App to Streamline Civic Grievance Redressal in Gurugram!

Deputy Commissioner Shri @AjayKumarIAS13 today reviewed the functioning of the AI-driven Raasta Fix App, announcing that all First-Class Gazetted Officers in Gurugram district will now actively use the app to report civic issues in real time.

✅ Officers will upload on-ground observations related to potholes, garbage accumulation, waterlogging, stray animals, C&D waste, and solid waste burning.
✅ The feedback will be geo-tagged and instantly shared with concerned agencies for prompt action.
✅ This model will strengthen coordination, speed up redressal, and enhance civic amenities across the district.

This initiative, guided by Shri Rajesh Khullar, Chief Principal Secretary to the CM, aims to ensure faster redressal of public grievances with seamless coordination among departments.
